This place is secure , clean , well kept and the attendant was friendly . I like the size of the storage space and it has an electrical outlet . * its 5 minutes from my home .

It's a good place, but customer service is rude rude, talking to customers in a mean manner like if they where children. Need to be better in comunication. Thank you concern person.

Manager is not helpful at all. Very rude and sarcastic. A bunch of thieves!!!!

Don't rent a storage from any of the National Self storage. If leave half way thru the month you still need to pay for the whole month. I left 5 days after the beginning of the month and I still need 2 pay the whole month. Also management is very rude and not helpful.

An absolute lack of respect for tenants. Evidently friendli ess here is a no no. And heaven forbid you park to unload or unload i to your rental unit, evidently it is not supposed to "take you that long". Avoid at all costs if possible people!
